At Cornerstone, our mission is to provide advisers with the support, systems, and flexibility they need to thrive – and Jodie Beck is a perfect example of what’s possible with the right partnership.

As Director and Mortgage & Protection Adviser at Mortgage Maison, Jodie joined Cornerstone with a clear vision: to take control of her future and establish a brand she could proudly call her own. Here’s her journey in her own words.

A Strong Industry Background

Jodie brought with her a wealth of industry experience:

“I was previously with an Independent Financial Advice (IFA) firm, working as a Registered Investment (RI) adviser. Prior to that, I worked at a private bank, managing high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships, including overseeing their banking services and mortgage needs.”

A Quick and Simple Onboarding

Time is crucial when transitioning networks, and Jodie found our onboarding process refreshingly smooth:

“The process was much quicker than I had anticipated. I was able to commence business within two days of completing the induction course, as everything was efficiently set up for me. I’ve been extremely impressed with the ongoing support and assistance from the team at The Cornerstone Network.”

Transparency and Support from Day One

Transparency is one of our core values. Jodie found our commission structure easy to understand from the outset:

“The terms and commission splits were very clear and easy to comprehend.”

Tech That Saves Time

We invest in intuitive systems that streamline workloads and allow advisers to focus on what matters most – their clients.

“The systems are exceptional. The time required to process a mortgage for a client is now approximately half of what it was at my previous firm. The interface is sleek, intuitive, and incredibly efficient.”

Easy Access to In-House Experts

As Mortgage Maison continues to grow, Jodie has been able to offer her clients even more, thanks to smooth referral routes to our specialist teams:

“The referral process is straightforward. The referral forms are user-friendly and provide timely updates. Both the commercial team and Imperial Chartered have been instrumental in assisting my clients, offering exceptional service.”

A Strong Start

Jodie’s first year with Cornerstone has been nothing short of success:

“I have exceeded my earnings forecast for the first year, which has been very rewarding.”

Building a Brand

With her own firm, brand, and future now firmly in her control, Jodie reflects on her decision to join Cornerstone:

“Joining Cornerstone has been the best decision I’ve made. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the experience of establishing my own company and brand.”
