Cornerstone Finance Group is set to bring together around 400 mortgage advisers, partners, and industry professionals for a major financial event.

The Cornerstone Expo 2026 will include more than 80 exhibitors and will feature a schedule of keynote addresses and discussions, including on the economic outlook as well as insights into the property and protection markets.

Sprinter and Olympic medallist Darren Campbell MBE will also take part in a fireside chat with Cornerstone Finance Group CEO Haydn Thomas, which will see the pair discuss the power of teamwork and the importance of having strong support networks in both sport and business.

Haydn said:

“Darren’s story is a remarkable one of having the vision, grit and determination to achieve Olympic success against the backdrop of a tough adolescence around a gangland culture in Manchester.

“More recently Darren has overcome serious health challenges, suffering a bleed in the brain in 2018.

“I’m looking forward to speaking to him about the relationships and attributes which have helped him through all of those times of his life.

“Our approach at the Cornerstone Network is centred on relationship-building, both within businesses and with clients. Alongside that, the ongoing support we offer to advisers is a key pillar in our ambition to be the most trusted network in the mortgage and protection advisory market.

“Insights from leaders in their field such as Darren not only inspire but also offer tangible takeaways that we can implement in our business life.”

The Expo is supported by Lloyds Banking Group as headline sponsor, with Atom Bank sponsoring event merchandise and Signature Property Finance sponsoring the Cornerstone Awards, which will follow the Expo. Cornerstone Finance Group was recently recognised as one of the 50 fastest‑growing businesses in Wales by the UK Fast Growth Index 2025.

Cornerstone Expo 2026

The Expo is set to take place at Newport’s ICC Wales on Thursday March 19 between 10.30am and 3.30pm and is open to members of the Cornerstone Network and invited guests.
