We’re delighted to share that Cornerstone Finance Group has been recognised as the fastest-growing financial services firm in Wales.
The Group also features in the UK Fast Growth Index’s Top 200 2026, after being named as the 153rd fastest growing firm in the UK across all sectors.
It is also among the 50 fastest growing companies in Wales, with growth between 2023 and 2025 of 176.9%.
The award winners were announced at a national ceremony held at ICC Wales in Newport.
The recognition reflects the strength of our specialist interlinking services across commercial finance, mortgages, commercial insurance, wealth and protection, delivered from our offices in Cardiff and Sheffield and with reach across the UK.
Turnover for the Group reached £12.712 million in 2025, up from £7.161 million in 2024. Mortgage lending increased by 104%, reaching £1.75 billion, and commercial lending to SMEs grew to £90 million, up 22%.
The UK Fast Growth Index is the UK’s leading index of high-growth private companies. Established in 1999, it identifies and celebrates the 50 fastest-growing businesses in each of the seven UK nations and regions every year.
This is the second year in a row that Cornerstone Finance Group has featured in the awards. The Group was also recognised as one of the UK Fast Growth Index’s Top 250 fastest-growing companies in 2025, with growth of 170% between 2022 and 2024.
